A warm welcome awaits conference visitors to the Frontier. Steeped in show busines history, the club has moved into the 21st Century, with superb facilities for large scale conference and exhibition use.

The club opened in 1967 and was an instant hit with both customers and artists alike. The club played host to soem of the biggest names in show business during that era - names such as Shirley Bassey, Louis Armstrong, Tom Jones and Lulu. Even ol' blue eyes himself, crooner frank Sinatra was reputed to have visited the club as a customer.

But spiralling costs and a new era of entertainment saw Batley Variety Club turned into The Frontier, which became THE destination nightspot in the area. This is now a venue suibtable not only as a nightclub, but as a conference venue with a difference.

Offering one of the largest conference venue facilities in Yorkshire, the Club can comfortably accomodate nine hundred delegates for large scale presentations, awards and product launches.

With on-site catering facilities, parking for almost seven hundred cars, bars and spacious accommodation our vision is not only to put Batley firmly on the map, but to give you a superb conference and excellent customer service in this fantastic venue.
